My name is Ms. Rasco and I teach in the early childhood at Gracemor Elementary where my assistant and I have a morning and an afternoon class with sixteen students each. As an early childhood professional I am constantly looking for ways to provide hands on experiences for my students while utilizing the latest tools. I believe that the best way to instill the love of learning is to provide opportunities that engage and stimulate excitement! Real experiences are the backbone of my classroom where kids get to experience activities such as cooking, painting, color mixing, measuring, and building. Children are encouraged to work independently, with some adult scaffolding, in order to gain the most satisfaction with each accomplishment.
