Engagement of student learning is primary in students being successful. The reward system (stickers, treasure chest items, and other treats) is a great incentive to learning success . The literature organizer will help choir students to be organized and teach students that everything has its' place. Because music is such an important part of my life, I want my students to get a better understanding of the music process and how to read music. The use of dry erase boards imprinted with the music staff will definitely engage my students. Hands-on learning obviously engages all types of learners. Multi-colored paper will enhance the various "programs" which will be distributed for my student's musical performances viewed by their parents and the community.
