At our school, we believe in including all students, despite their diagnosis, ethnicity or economic status. My students with autism have various levels of communication ability, some are non-verbal while others communicate with behaviors. The common factor amongst them all is the want to engage with their peers, teachers, and the surrounding environment. Through the use of technology and the proper materials, these students can learn to become responsible students that access the curriculum and their typical peers.

About my class
