I work at a high poverty school (Title 1). We serve a large population of students who live in a homeless shelter. My students are in preschool up to 2nd grade and have a range of ability levels. My students are gifted artists and mathematicians who need support with emergent skills across all domains. They love hands on projects and hands on learning! In small classroom settings, students are able to work at their own pace and have fun while doing so! They also love working in stations and guiding their own learning!
