My students are the first grade class in the Atlanta area. We are small school that is very in tune with our environment and community. Our class has been identified as a "STEM" classroom which means we use science, technology, engineering and math in order complete our daily lessons. The STEM style of learning is very hands on and interactive. Having something like a iPad mini would benefit us greatly when doing exploration and experiments outside of the classroom.
