I work in a school that has been designated by the State as a "Focus School" because of the significant achievement gap between our high performing and low performing student groups. I work in a resource room with a very wide range of students with differing educational needs. Because of this, it is very important for me to have access to a variety of ways to introduce and reinforce learning topics. Traditional sit and get situations just do not work for my students!
