We are a performing arts charter school. My students are unique and creative as they not only go to school for academics, but they also have arts conservatory classes after school. In my math classroom, my students are encouraged to be creative and critical thinkers as they problem solve through challenging tasks. They are also expected to communicate and collaborate with their team members.
