The Scholastic News subscription is one I have used in the past. It is written to be very relevant at the 4th-grade level about our current events in the world. I love the way this subscription opens the conversation for students to hear a neutral point of view on topics they may have heard parents speak on, as well as with students who may not be exposed to news and current events at home. As a part of raising the next generation of critical thinkers and voting citizens, we want to provide an open forum for kids to learn and collaborate on topics of today.

About my class
