My students are a mix of honors kids, athletes, the different and multi-colored hair, and special needs students. They all have a vision of what art should be and they form a community in my classroom that becomes their own society; the labels are dropped at the door. Our school is art based, and the administration is very supportive of the unique projects we suggest.
