My school is a great learning environment where character and heart trump all. Our school financially is not the most well off and we often do not have the same financial resources as some of our neighboring schools. But we make the best of it and thanks to the amazing people that work inside my school is a wonderful place. We have an amazing principal who does a great job of setting a positive tone in our school that trickles down to both the staff and students. Students often have more on their plate than I could imagine with personal issues at home and working full time jobs on top of being a student as well as your typical high school problems. This never seems to slow them down and if nothing else only makes them stronger as people. Our school promotes the ideas of community service, selflessness and strong moral character and the students have embraced it. We are a tight community who help those that need it without asking for anything in return.
