My students are third grade super stars in a Texas Title I school . They are bilingual students whose first language is Spanish, and for most of them this will be the first year where Reading and Writing will be taught all in English. Although English is not their first language, they are still very much thirsty for knowledge, and they do not allow their language barrier to become an obstacle in their education. They will be the first to graduate in their family, and are very proud to tell you this.

About my class
