My students are four years old. Most of them ride a bus to school. I have a morning class and an afternoon class. Some children are on the bus for long periods of time before they get to school. Greeting them when they get off the bus is very important. Always have a smile on your face with hand shakes and hugs. When it is time to go home leave them with a wave, smile and a, "See you later, Alligator."
