My school is one of the three main comprehensive high schools, comprised of grades 9-12, with a student body of 2,210 students and a teaching staff of 200. Of these students, 47% are male and 53% are female. 57% of students identify as White, 18% as Hispanic, 24% as Black and 1% as Asian. 16% of my school's students have an identified disability, 42% qualify for free and reduced lunch. 93% of my school's students are proficient in English.
