I teach in a Title-One low income school in Oklahoma City. The students at my school truly enjoy learning in every way possible. They love to be engaged with both hands-on experiences and through the use of technology. The students and their families truly value education, but don't always have opportunities to use the latest resources. One of my students' favorite things is the Smart Board. They love using the Smart Board to become the teachers. Our school is a modern school and tries to integrate technology whenever possible as well as use creativity and hands on experiences to substitute the need for worksheets. My students strive to be the best they can be and work every day to improve their grades, graduate from high school, and be on the path to a successful college career. I believe that by increasing my students' exposure to all avenues of learning, they are given the best chance possible to succeed.
