I have been moved from teaching 3rd grade to teaching 6th grade. In order for my students to have the most maximized learning I am looking for some materials. I have asked for many different types of materials that will help with both learning and organization. I believe a teacher needs certain materials to help the students become a successful student. These materials will encourage the students to become successful in whole group and small group teaching. For example the easel I am asking for will be used with the chart paper and will be used in both the whole and small group setting. I plan on using the plastic storage drawers for each group of students to help keep their supplies organized and neat. The white dry erase boards will help me assess if the students understand the lesson quickly and allows them the opportunity to complete work independently. Each of these items will be critical in my classroom to maximize learning and organization for all my students.
