Energy Institute High School is a Title I school in Houston, TX. Energy, as it is affectionately known, is a small magnet high school in the Houston Independent School District. The student body is comprised of students from various socio-economic levels but still falls into the Title 1 distinction. I have two Algebra 1 classes and 5 Geometry classes. Energy is a STEM focused school that is geared towards preparing students for careers in the energy industry.
