My students come from a mixed socioeconomic community. Some live in populated areas and some are unbelievably rural. The amount of poverty that is in the community is incredible. Last time I checked almost 80 percent of the student population was free or reduced lunch. However, these students work extremely hard and take their education very seriously. If it wasn't for the support of the amazing teachers at the school, some of these students would be lost in the shuffle. By teaming it allows the teachers to get to know each student extremely well and helps us meet their needs effectively.
