We are in need of seating options in our classroom. Our classroom is a small space that is overwhelmed by traditional desks. Our current step up is cramped and seems to limit our learning by the lack of space we have to move around. By adding different seating options it will not only open up space in our room but it will also allow for students to move while learning. Research shows that not all learners are the same and that movement during the school day gets our brains working. Wobble stools and stability balls will allow students movement while they work. Floor cushions will allow students to sit comfortably on the floor to work or at a low table when they tire of sitting at a desk or on a traditional chair. Please support us as we work to make our classroom more learner friendly!
