I love my job and I love my school! At Roosevelt Elementary there is an emphasis on creativity, critical thinking and opportunities to share student work publicly. The students have the opportunity to become arts literate, able to self-reflect and able to critique the arts. We build community by making learning interesting/meaningful. I teach critical thinking, and other basic academic. I also incorporate dance, drama, music and the visual arts to enhance the core curriculum. I want to help every child reach his/her full potential academically and in the arts by providing the best environment possible.
