My high school has gone from a D to an A to a B in the past few years. I started here 4 years ago and I have seen so much change. Our school is bubbling with school spirit. Last year we even had the local news team out to celebrate with us at a pep rally. Our graduating seniors made headlines when they had a surprise choreographed dance (approved by administration of course) in the middle of our graduating ceremony. My class is full of the best of the best. I teach the iPad students, which is the AP tracked kids. Last year was my first year with them, and I have NEVER been able to accomplish so much in one year. These students push me to find new and challenging ways to stimulate, inspire, and teach. They crave competition. They excel in projects that are creative and expansive. Overall, they are just everything a teacher could want in a class of students.
