I teach 24 wonderfully inquisitive 1st graders at a charter school in North Carolina. Our school stresses hands-on learning and environmental education inside and outside of the classroom. Our students come to us from all parts of the community and all points on the socioeconomic spectrum. I love working with families and helping young students grow academically and socially.
