My school is a part of an agricultural community within California's Central Valley where many students receive free breakfast and lunch. My students are hard workers and are motivated to do well in school. They absolutely love having opportunities to participate in labs. Seeing my students have fun while doing hands on science are priceless teaching moments. I would love to give my students more opportunities to build a personal experience with science, but we lack the resources to be able to carry out several labs.
