I teach STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) to two classes of fourth and fifth graders at Moon Lake Elementary. My school is a Title 1 school in Pasco County and has approximately 700 students with 76% of them receiving free or reduced lunch. My students crave opportunities to create, collaborate, communicate, and think critically throughout their day, and they get really excited when we're able to perform experiments, play games, and investigate through hands-on experiences.

About my class
