In an era of high-stakes testing, students often spend a lot of their time doing tedious and monotonous classwork. For this reason, I have selected a number of fun and engaging classroom games and activities that are also highly educational. These math and social studies games will be used at classroom centers to enhance learning in order to give students a change of pass from the more traditional book-based learning. Beyond educational benefits, games are also a great way to foster student social and collaborative skills as well as to build class community. These specific materials and resources focus on Math and Social Studies.
