In the Green Cafe, students grow healthy vegetables and cook for the entire school body. There is a focus on vegetarian eating and how to take care of your body and well-being. My students are constantly wearing chef uniforms and are elbows-deep in cooking and gardening tasks. Having a color printer will allow them to gain vocational experience in using their communication skills to market healthier food and keep our program running smoothly. We rely on the sales of our food items to create revenue to support the program. A printer will greatly facilitate this.
