The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a "home." In other words, I know exactly where everything will go. We just need your help in getting everything through our door! The resource box will be used daily to help the students better understand US history and government. The donations to these games and resource boxes will help to improve my students' understanding of US government and history. We will use these materials to aide us in the process of becoming life-long learners. As the teacher, I have done extensive research and reading on US history. On Fridays, we will have a review day and play fun, engaging lessons so the students can retain the information throughout the year. After we use the resources boxes, all 5th grade classes at our elementary plan on getting access to the activities. I can't wait to use these resources in the classroom!
