I have a variety of Special Education students in my classroom. As an educator, I am seeing the growth of Autistic children in the school system. I have seen growth in these students when they are provided more hands-on, interactive learning experiences. They have so much potential when they are challenged in a way that engages them in their own learning. I work in a very supportive learning environment. All students are equal and all have advocates for their learning.
