Our school has seven Kindergarten classrooms with about 21 students in each. The students come from middle income families. The community is a small community in central Illinois. The population is about 15,000. The parents are very supportive of the school and they want what is best for their children. The children come into Kindergarten with various learning abilities. It is the Kindergarten teachers' challenge to meet the needs of all the students. The children learn best through hands-on materials and engaging with one another.
