Once this project is funding, we will have a reading "book tasting" Our classroom will be transformed into a cafe and students will rotate stations as they "taste" samples of our new library. Once student get a taste, they will chose books to read and explore. Students can choose to read with a partner or in a triad. They will create in-depth analysis of the text and share their new understanding with their peers. Students will then be given the choice on how they would like to share the themes of their novels (ex: slideshow, creating a blog post, posters, dramatic play, etc).
