Powering Down in Kindergarten - I teach a special education Kindergarten class of 5 and 6 year olds in a public school. Many of our children have physical disabilities as well as developmental delays. Over 70% of our student population qualify for free and reduced lunch. School funds are not readily available and due to our low income population, neither are PTA funds. We have a great need to purchase rest mats for our Kindergarten class, but no resources in which to do so.
