My students are very diverse in background as well as needs. Our school is an elementary magnet school for the arts and sciences. We work every day to enrich the lives of our students and meet their individual needs through integration of the arts and environmental sciences. Our Global Garden is one project that perfectly blends these themes and provides exciting problem solving and hands on learning opportunities for our students. We celebrate our diversity and learn more about other cultures by creating and tending to our seven beds...one for each continent.
