My students are hard workers and great thinkers. They come from a variety of backgrounds and have many different learning styles. Some face challenges in their lives, but work hard to overcome them and smile. They live in a school district that at one time had some of the lowest performing schools in the state. However, with hard work, the students are now out performing other schools. Our school reached Title I status this school year with more than 60% of students on free or reduced lunch. Many students in our school come from homes that have English as a second language. Our school is dedicated to student learning and achievement. Students are motivated and enjoy their time at school.
