Gas prices hurt schools and students too! I teach a Profoundly Mentally Disabled class. It is the only class for students with severe mental and physical disabilities in this school district. The students range in age from 5-20 years old. My class has 10 students and 8 of these students are in wheelchairs. When my class goes on a field trip, we require a special bus with special hook-ups for the wheelchairs.
