A student response system will make my lessons more engaging, and motivating for my high schoolers. The students love to see how they perform with respect to their peers. With the response system, only the students know themselves if their answers are correct or not. This is important for those students who do not tend to ask questions in class for the fear of embarrassment. The student response system will also give me another form of formative assessment, which will help me provide more tailored lesson planning and indicate any need for differentiated instruction. The instant feedback and interactive aspect of this system benefits students with all types of learning styles.
