My classroom is made up of students that have skills below, at and above grade level. Some students are very privileged; however, many are at or near poverty level. The home life of many of my students can't support the higher-level thinking involved in this content area. Therefore, in the classroom, I try to provide resources and technology for students to use daily. I want students to have experiences that will enable them to be successful in future careers and/or college. The ipad minis will be beneficial, especially to students who do not get exposed to technology such as this at home.
