It gives me great pleasure to be working with some of the most intrinsically motivated students! Even though they are faced with limited understanding of English, as well as, in a poverty stricken community with low socioeconomic status, they strive for academic excellence on a daily basis. As one of my student's parents have stated "I came to America for better opportunities for my family," and I believe the stepping stone to this is to ensure their child with the reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills needed to flourish as a student learner. Attaining these skills will open the door to a world of opportunities for my students. Please help me give these amazing students the opportunities they deserve by providing them with an additional tool to help them learn.
