My students are energetic 5 and 6 year olds. They enjoy being in Kindergarten and are excited about learning. Our school is located in a low income area. Most of our students receive free lunch due to their poverty level. My students live in a part of the city that has high crime and drug activity. Our school is their sanctuary, a happy place to learn. I try to make learning fun and innovative.
