The elementary school that I teach at works on a Positive Behavioral Incentive System. The students are very well behaved and are some of the greatest kids I've had the pleasure of working with. In my classroom I have 25 students (14 girls and 11 boys). They are a very sweet group of students, but since the majority are Hispanic they do struggle with the language barrier.
