We are a magnet school within an inner city school district. Students concentrate on majoring in the medical field. I introduce them to the fields related to veterinarian sciences. Students run a food bank for city residents' pets. Each month they have distribution days where they give free food, shots and neutering for pets. They also provide resources and pet care tips. Over half of the student body is involved with "The Chowhound House". Because of limited technology, our students depend on outside resources and availabilities to reproduce materials to supply to community. It would save time and money, if they had free access to their own supplies and equipment.
