My students are very self directed. They enjoy learning new skills using the tools we have available. We have mainly been working with Photoshop and Illustrator and have just now gotten into 3D modeling with Maya. Some students have had experience with Blender and other programs. They love to discuss their work with each other and really enjoy working in maya. In the week we have been using it I have heard many times how hard the program is but how much fun they're having using it. They have mentioned numerous times how great it would be to be able to printer their creations and I would love to give them that opportunity.
