My class has 23 amazing fourth graders who bring a variety of background experiences. Some of my students have traveled outside of the country, while others have only been within an hour of our town. Our school is one of six in the district and we have 3 classes at each grade level. We have 61% of our population receiving free/reduced lunches. On the state test, our school scores close to the state average on achievement. My students and I celebrate growth in our class and support each other in our journey of learning. In addition to my fabulous home room group, I also teach writing to the other 2 fourth grade classes for a total of 65 fourth graders.
