"Life is living and having fun while doing it!" This is the self-created motto that I developed about nine years ago to describe my style of teaching and my way of living! In meeting the needs of my fabulous students, I work diligently day and some nights, along with my awesome paraprofessionals, to ensure that the atmosphere is diverse, positive, rigorous, and, most importantly, fun for the children! My students are filled with personality, drive, and the will to do their best no matter what the circumstances. They are a differentiated group of delightful beings who want nothing more than to be the light of our eyes as we receive daily hugs, "I love you!"-s and smiles of accomplishment and approval when a goal has been mastered. Our positive learning environment is a haven for laughter, dancing, learning, love, and perseverance as we believe in Specifically Preparing and Educating our Diverse Students (SPED).
