My students love having the opportunity to be introduced to new activities. They are eager to learn and enjoy challenges. The majority of my students are not involved in extracurricular sports or activities. Basketball is the only school sport offered at my middle school. My students thrive on learning new activities. They just need the equipment and someone to introduce it to them! I have many students who are not getting the required amount of physical activity each day. I want to give each of them the opportunity to find an activity that they enjoy, so that they will be able to partake in that activity for the rest of their lives. Can you imagine never learning about your favorite sport or activity?
