I currently teach Honors and AP Chemistry to students in an urban school district in Massachusetts. Greater than 45% of our students receive free or reduced lunch. With the many struggles our students face on a daily basis, they come to school with a strong desire to learn and appreciate anything and everything that is done for them. Providing them with the opportunity to partake in college level experiments in the AP classroom will prepare them for their next steps and inspire them to pursue a degree in the sciences.

About my class
