Many of my students are low income second language learners. They do not get an opportunity to use technology for learning at home. They learn best by using hands-on or interactive activities. Our school is trying to implement more technology to prepare them to become lifelong learners. Teaching them to utilize multimedia sources will empower the students to access information about their world.
