My school is comprised of 80%+ English Language Learners. It is located outside of Washington, D.C. and is a school where many students live below the poverty line. Despite their low socioeconomic background, they are bright and eager to learn. My students love my posters that decorate the classroom and that is why I would like more chart paper to create more visual excitement for them. Having a colorful and decorative classroom provides a safe, yet exciting, learning environment. As a 3rd grade teacher who teaches all comprehensive subjects, I need support to encompass all of the various topics. The school is composed of approximately 800 students and in my classroom there are 22 sparkling minds to nourish and prepare for continuing education.
