My students at Osborn MST in Detroit are working hard to acquire proficiency in Spanish! Join us in making our TPRS Spanish classroom a community where students at all levels acquire proficiency in a second language. My 9-12 graders live in one of the toughest zip codes in the country in terms of violence and poverty but they are resilient, eager to learn, and creative young people; many become the first person in their families to attend college. Currently we need 2 iPads for our storytelling, a laser pointer, and a set of 35 folding chairs to make a class theater for reading and listening activities.
