Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to view my Donors Choose webpage. My classroom is a place where my students grow both personally and academically. I believe in creating an environment where students are both challenge and taught how to approach a challenge. Through literacy, direct instruction and hands on experiences my students explore Science, Social Studies, Reading, and Writing. I personally believe that Literacy is the foundation upon which learning is built. Throughout the year my students learn how to try and sometimes fail, adapt and succeed. Dr. Seuss put it best, "The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you will go."
