During Distance Learning and Hybrid learning most of the library tasks need to be done through technology. While trying to create the most appealing virtual spaces for my students to learn and utilize books it has become apparent that a more user-friendly workspace would greatly improve my productivity. Constant pain from a desk that is not ergonomically correct decreases the amount of time that I can give to my students. My students deserve the very best that I can give them. That includes the best of my physical abilities to be able to do my job pain free. Once my students return to the library full time, this desk will be a great asset and time saver, allowing me to focus more on my students and less on the pain caused and dis-functionality of my work space.
