Do you remember how wonderful it was to listen to stories as a child? My students are in need of a listening center that can make reading fun! I am a Kindergarten teacher who believes in providing learning opportunities that are engaging, that reflect the needs of my students, and that address multiple intelligences. My class consists of twenty eight students. Most of my students are English Language Learners. Our school is an urban public school district in CA. We are a first year, K-5 public elementary STEAM academy, with a high percentage of students who qualify for free or reduced lunch. The focus of our school is on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics.
